  3. Q: Is the serial number only valid for one PC? Will reinstallation make the serial number invalid?
    A: Yes. The register method of DSConverter is similar with WinXP, and one serial number can only be used for one PC.
    Serial number is still valid after reinstallation of OS. But it will be invalid if you changed your hardware:
    (1) CPU;
    (2) Network adapter or MAC address.
    If registered user upgrade his PC, after authentication can have a new serial number freely, and the old one will be cancelled.
